Why did Kevin Murphy create his own hair care range? During photo and film shoots, Kevin noticed that the models’ and actresses’ hair became dull, heavy, and lifeless, as the day progressed and there were no styling products on the market that fulfilled his needs as an editorial stylist. In 2003, Kevin launched his own line of hair care products. Four years later, Kevin was awarded the Australian Masters Award at the AHFAS for his outstanding contributions to the profile of Australian Hairdressing worldwide.
