DÉJÀ VU DELIVERY POLICY

We are currently able to supply orders within the United Kingdom only.

EVRI (Parcel Delivery Company)

Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days and are sent via Evri tracked service. Available to UK mainland postcodes only, all other UK postcodes may take 1-2 working days longer. Orders are generally received within 3-5 working days.

DELIVERY PRICES:
* FREE on all orders over £40

* £5 on all orders under £40

We do our best to estimate delivery times accurately and to deliver your goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you. However, Déjà vu Salons cannot guarantee delivery times, which are indicative and for your information only. Any delays that occur outside of our control, be that due to courier delays, Déjà vu Salons will not be held responsible.

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide compensation for these outside errors.

Other UK locations include Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, etc. Higher charges apply depending on the delivery destination. All orders are shipped from the UK. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country, and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country.

DÉJÀ VU REFUND POLICY

RETURNING UNUSED PRODUCTS

Our returns policy covers physical products purchased through www.dejavusalons.com only.

If you have changed your mind about a product after you have received it, you can return it to us for a refund within 14 days. Items must be returned in resalable condition, in their original packaging and with any security seals still intact.

Please email us at info@dejavusalons.com to advise us of the return before sending.

We highly recommend that you use a registered and insured delivery service as we do not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged returns. This type of service will also allow you to track your package and ensure its safe return as we cannot issue a refund for lost or damaged items.

Regrettably, we are unable to cover the postage costs of returns.

Please make sure to keep the postage receipt and ‘proof of postage’ until you’ve received your refund.

Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process. Although we are unable to notify you when the parcel reaches us, we will send you an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been processed.

DEFECTIVE GOODS

If you are a consumer, you have the right to return faulty goods within a reasonable period of time. Where replacement of faulty goods in no longer possible due to, for example non-continuance of the product, returned defective products shall be refunded in full including delivery charges and the cost of returning the item to us. We must be notified within 7 days of delivery if an item is defective or will be unable to accept the return.
